Can I collect my order?
All orders are dispatched form our warehouse and sometimes directly from our suppliers’ warehouses. We don’t have a trade counter. In exceptional circumstances orders may be collected by prior arrangement if this is possible.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are normally shipped the next working day after they are received. Please allow 1 to 2 working days for delivery.
How much does shipping cost?
Packaging – for orders of €99.00 and over, exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, shipping is free. For orders under €99.00 ex vat and shipping, there is a fixed shipping charge of €6.99 plus VAT.
Shelving – for orders of €99.00 and over, exclusive of VAT and shipping costs, shipping is free. For orders under €99.00 ex vat and shipping, there is a fixed shipping charge of €6.99 plus VAT.
Longspan Racking – shipping is on a double pallet at cost – €110 plus vat
Lockers – up to 8 on a pallet at cost – €55 plus vat
The various shipping options will be available to choose during checkout. Please ensure you choose the correct option.
What Countries do you ship to ?
We ship to all 32 counties on the island of Ireland only.
What couriers do you use for shipping?
Only reputable and reliable couriers are used to ship your packaging orders.
After returning an item when will my credit appear on my account?
Credits usually take 7-10 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

What is your Returns Policy?
Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. If however you order the wrong item, are not completely satisfied with the items you receive or simply want to return your goods, you must arrange for them to be returned to us, and providing they are received by us in good condition (ie they have been handled with reasonable care), we will refund the cost of the goods in full less the carriage costs incurred by us. There is also a restocking charge of 10% of the value of the goods.
If any goods are faulty or damaged when you receive them, we will arrange for them to be replaced or refunded but you must notify us within 7 days of receiving delivery otherwise no claim will be entertained. Delivery charges for damaged or faulty goods or errors made by us will be fully refunded and/or not charged.
