How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order using a credit card or a debit card. The credit and debit cards accepted are listed below.
Visa, Mastercard, Laser, Visa Debit and Visa Electron, American Express.
You can also pay by Cheque, Postal Order, Bank Lodgement or Electronic Bank Transfer.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will be charged after your order is received and before your order is dispatched.

Do I have to pay VAT, Value Added Tax?

WJF Murphy Limited T/A National Packaging Supplies is registered for Value Added Tax, VAT.
Our VAT number is IE 9831940O.
VAT will be added to the cost of the goods you order, and shipping costs if applicable, at checkout.
Your invoice will show how much VAT you paid.
Currently the VAT rate is 23%.

Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You may compare your order history on our website, with your financial records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact customer service for further assistance.

How do I print a copy of my receipt/invoice.

To obtain a printed copy of your invoice/receipt please follow these instructions;

Log into your account
Click the “My Account ” link at the top right hand side of our site.
Click on ‘Print Invoices’
Clkick on ‘View or Change Order’
Choose the order you require invoice for.
Click on ‘Need to Print Invoice’, it’s the blue bar sitting on right hand side of menu.
The invoice will now display on screen. To print, right hand click the mouse over the invoice.
Your invoice will now print off for you.
